Woodturning for Beginners – Make a Pen $90.00 per person (max two)
This introduction to woodturning class is a 3 hour session. This class is intended for the very beginner. It will focus on learning to MAKE PENS with a strong emphasis on having fun. Each student will receive one-on one training and hands on experience from Roger Scott, artist and Instructor. Students will learn the proper skills required to complete a pen of their very own, Join this fun workshop to learn pen making on the lathe. All materials are included.

Intro to Woodturning 2-Day Workshop $350.00 (max two)
This series is a comprehensive survey of the landscape of bowl and spindle turning, using Easy Wood turning tools, which incorporates many of the shorter individual turning classes, that focus on single skills or projects. In this class you will learn safe lathe operation and spend the majority of your class time perfecting technique through a series of projects. Topics include proper lathe set-up, spindle and face-plate turning, making a pen, bowl turning, making a lidded box or turning a wine chalice. All you need to bring is enthusiasm and energy to learn new techniques. Join this class and take home treasures you will be proud of for years to come. All materials are included.
