Returns and exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, within two weeks of shipment, please contact me. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please make sure you insure the return shipment. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items coming back to me. Make sure sufficient packing is provided. Many of my pieces are very delicate.

Make sure the Return Authorization Number I provide to you is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. I refuse shipment of anything without the number. If for some reason your item is damaged during shipment to you it is a good idea to take photos of the packaging and your purchase.

Please note that I undertake to depict true and accurate colors in the photos of my work. However, colors can appear differently depending on the monitor the photo is displayed upon. I can’t be responsible if the actual color of my item turns out to be different from the color displayed on your monitor. Sorry.

Payment

I use PayPal Checkout for my shop. Buyers can pay with credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You will be offered the choice at the end of the checkout process.

Shipping

I ship everything to the continental US via UPS or USPS. If I am at home I can ship the next day after payment is received. If I am away at an Art Show I will notify you when I will be shipping your treasure.

Additional policies and FAQs

My mineral inlay bowls can be custom made to your specifications; wood type, mineral type and color, shape, size and texture. From time to time I will do a custom mass production of things like French rolling pins, spurtles, tart presses, mushrooms, etc. I will also do a custom commission of my inlaid platters with critters, flowers, leaves, etc. Contact me and we can discuss it.
